Inktober Comic (2018)

Suffering a Gloomy Death is a minicomic that I made for Inktober 2018. I was interested in combining traditional and digital workflows, so I designed the layout and drew the pencils digitally and then printed the page out to ink it using a dip pen with the aid of a lightbox. Finally, I scanned the completed pages and tweaked the pages in Photoshop. Inktober is a challenge where one is to make an ink drawing every day for the month of October, and I chose to draw at least one panel of this comic every day.
